Feedback from the Barnard Panel

A bit of a round-up:

I thought the event went really well. Although I am a feminist, and I do have a blog, I don’t really consider myself a “feminist blogger”. First of all, my academic work is my primary project (as should be extremely evident by how lax I’ve been about updating this blog lately) and secondly, I haven’t yet put the time into looking at a feminist review of technology that I’d like to. The latter is something I’ve been thinking of really devoting some time to. But don’t count on that happening any time soon.

Thanks to the Barnard Center for Research on Women for asking me to speak. As a women’s college graduate (with a Women’s Studies major to boot) I’m always stoked to interact with other Seven Sisters students, alums and staff.
